5. Shipping and Delivery

• For the time being, we offer shipping only in Czech Republic
• Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on external factors.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and weight of the order. MalatyaPazari.cz is not responsible for delays.

6. Return and refund policy

• Customers have the right to cancel and return their order within 14 days, in accordance with Czech consumer protection laws.
• This right does not apply to:
  • Perishable goods that can quickly lose their quality or go bad.
  • Goods that have been unpacked after delivery and are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, such as unpackaged food sold by weight (grams).

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods in their original condition.

7. Unpackaged products sold by weight

• Customers can purchase unpackaged products in specified quantities (grams).
• We ensure that these products are processed and packaged according to health and safety standards.
• Unpacked products sold by weight cannot be returned once they have been unpacked after delivery.

8. Consumer rights

• These terms and conditions are in accordance with the Czech Civil Code and other relevant consumer protection laws.
• Customers have the right to complain to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Czech Trade Inspection Authority) if they believe their consumer rights have been violated.
